DELIVERY TO ABROAD:

• Lithuanian post (in Europe) - 6 €. Delivery time: 1 - 2 weeks.

• Lithuanian post (outside Europe) - 10 €. Delivery time: 2 - 3 weeks.

PAYMENT

Payment for selected VUJVUJ items is safe and easy - using electronic banking or PayPal payment system.

PAYSERA

Using Paysera online payment you can safely pay for your VUJVUJ items via your online banking system. After choosing Paysera payment method, you’ll be able to choose your bank (SEB, Swedbank, Nordea and all major Lithuanian banks are in the list) and you’ll be redirected to enter your banking details.

RETURNS

You can return or change VUJVUJ products within 30 days of delivery. To do this, first contact us by email hello@vujvuj.com or call +37062754071.

Return conditions:

• We only accept the return of items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the original label.

• The return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

• Gift card is non-refundable.

• You can send the returned product in a convenient way for you:

  • LP Express post machines to: Justiniškių st. 126, Vilnius. (LIDL) post machine.

  • Omniva post machine to: Gabijos st. 36, Vilnius. (IKI) post machine.

  • Deliver to VUJVUJ office in Vilnius or send product via courier service to: VUJVUJ nightwear, A. Jakšto st. 9-380, LT-01105 Vilnius.

• After receiving the returned product, the money for the product will be transferred to the account specified by you within 14 days after the return of the product.
